Job summary

Last Stop Moving is expanding its remote sales team and seeks a driven BDR to reach leads quickly, engage in real conversations, and book appointments with our sales team. You’ll focus on North American customers, leveraging outbound calls and texts to move opportunities forward from day one.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of outbound calling, appointment setting or inside sales for North American customers.
• Clear, confident, friendly spoken English that North American customers understand easily.
• You can hear 'no' 50 times a day and still sound great on call 51.
• Organized: every call logged and every follow-up completed.

Responsibilities

• Call and text every new lead within minutes of it coming in.
• Follow up on every open lead daily until they book or say no.
• Take the customer's inventory on the call and book an in-home or video estimate.
• Do outbound when inbound is slow: past customers, realtors and property managers.
• Log every touch in SmartMoving with no duplicates and report numbers daily.
• Hit daily activity targets: dials, conversations and booked appointments.
