Porch Group is seeking a Sales Development Representative for a fully remote role in Colombia. You will collaborate with Account Executives to drive outbound SaaS adoption in the Home Inspection/Real Estate space.

The role emphasizes lead generation, pipeline building, and CRM management, with a focus on outbound outreach and performance-driven activity in a dynamic remote environment.

Formación

• 3+ years of telemarketing/inside sales experience (B2B).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Self-motivated, driven, able to thrive in fast-paced environments.
• Prior lead generation experience and CRM proficiency.
• Able to work independently and adapt to changing conditions.

Responsabilidades

• Develop new business via mass communication (email, SMS, phone) to introduce our SaaS.
• Support sales team on outbound strategies and lead-generation efforts.

You will work closely with Account Executives, Sales leadership, and the marketing team in scaling sales operations.
