Job summary

AGS Youth Soccer Club is seeking a hands-on salesperson to build the sales pipeline and close new software customers for our platform. The role is remote across Latin America and the Caribbean with English fluency required.

You will handle outbound outreach, product demonstrations, and negotiations, coordinating with the founder and product team. Base salary US$1,000 per month plus commissions, with commissions defined before hire.

Qualifications

• Evidence of personally selling B2B software with pipeline and closed deals.
• Strong spoken and written English with ability to present demos.
• Experience selling to sports organizations or clubs is useful.
