RecRivals, a provider building tech for recreational sports, seeks a hands-on salesperson to sell the platform to leagues and sports organizations. You will own the full sales cycle from prospecting to discovery, demos, follow-up and closing, collaborating with the founder and product team.

This role is remote across Latin America and the Caribbean, with calls during North American business hours. A base salary and commissions structure will be discussed, with no need to relocate.

Qualifications

• Evidence of personally selling B2B software or a comparable consultative product.
• Clear CRM records of opportunities, stages, and forecasts.
• Strong spoken and written English for calls and demos.

Responsabilités

• Research and prioritize prospective league operators and sports organizations.
• Reach decision-makers via outbound calls, email, and networks.
• Conduct product demonstrations and negotiate within authority to close new customers.
