Job summary

RecRivals is hiring a hands-on salesperson to build the sales pipeline and close new software customers across Latin America and the Caribbean. You will own the process from prospecting to discovery, demonstrations, follow-up and closing, working closely with the founder and product team.

Remote role with US$1,000 per month base plus commissions; strong English required and readiness to engage during North American hours. Applicants across LATAM and Caribbean are welcome.

Qualifications

• Experience selling B2B software or a comparable product.
• Strong spoken and written English and ability to demonstrate the product.
• Proven self-generated pipeline and a track record of closing deals.

Responsibilities

• Identify and reach decision-makers in leagues and sports organizations.
• Demonstrate the product and negotiate within approved terms to close deals.
• Maintain CRM records, forecast opportunities and track progress.
• Coordinate handover for implementation and capture product feedback.
