Job summary

RecRivals is hiring a hands-on salesperson to build the sales pipeline and close new software customers across Latin America and the Caribbean. You will own the process from prospecting to discovery, product demonstrations, follow-up and closing, collaborating with the founder and product team.

We seek someone with proven B2B software sales, strong English, CRM discipline, and the ability to learn a technical product and articulate value to nontechnical buyers.

Qualifications

• Evidence of personally selling B2B software or a comparable consultative product.
• Strong spoken and written English, confidence on calls and demonstrations.
• Ability to learn a technical product and explain practical value to nontechnical buyers.
• Experience selling to sports organizations, clubs, leagues or facilities is useful.

Responsibilities

• Build the sales pipeline and close new software customers.
• Research and prioritize prospective league operators and sports organizations.
• Run product demonstrations using supported capabilities and approved terms.
• Maintain CRM records, opportunities, stages, and forecasts; follow up on interested leads.
