RecRivals is hiring a hands-on salesperson to sell our platform to league operators and sports organizations. You will own the full sales cycle from finding prospects to discovery, product demonstrations, follow-up and closing, collaborating closely with the founder and product team.

Remote from Latin America or the Caribbean, with availability for North American/Eastern business hours. Commission terms will be agreed before hire.

Qualifications

Evidence of personally selling B2B software or a comparable consultative product, including self-generated pipeline and closed deals.
Strong spoken and written English, confidence on calls and demonstrations, disciplined CRM use and persistent professional follow-up.
Experience selling to sports organizations, clubs, leagues or facilities is useful.

Responsabilités

Own the sales process from prospecting to discovery, product demonstrations, follow-up and closing.
Research and prioritize prospective league operators and sports organizations; reach decision-makers.
Run product demonstrations and negotiate within authority; maintain CRM records and forecasts.
Coordinate handover for implementation and capture product feedback.
Build a repeatable prospecting routine and generate qualified conversations that progress opportunities.
