RecRivals is hiring a hands-on salesperson to sell our software platform to league operators and sports organizations. You will own the full sales cycle, from prospecting to discovery, demonstrations and closing, while collaborating with the founder and product team.

Remote role across Latin America and the Caribbean, English fluency required, US$1,000 per month plus commissions. Expect monthly targets and clear commission terms to be agreed before hire.

Qualificações

• Experience selling B2B software or a consultative product.
• Self-generated pipeline and closed deals.
• Evidence of personal achievement over titles.

Responsabilidades

• Own the sales process from prospecting to closing for a B2B software platform.
• Deliver product demonstrations and negotiate terms with decision-makers.
• Maintain CRM records, manage opportunity stages and forecasts.
