RecRivals is building technology for recreational sports and is hiring a hands-on salesperson to sell the platform to league operators and sports organizations. You will own the sales process from prospecting to discovery, product demonstrations, follow-up and closing, working closely with the founder and product team.

Remote from Latin America or the Caribbean with dependable availability for customer calls during North American/Eastern business hours.

Qualifications

• Evidence of personally selling B2B software or a comparable consultative product.
• Strong spoken and written English.
• Ability to learn a technical product and explain practical value to nontechnical buyers.
• Experience selling to sports organizations, clubs, leagues or facilities is useful.
• We value clear evidence of what you personally did and achieved over impressive job titles.

Responsibilities

• Own the sales process from prospecting to discovery, product demonstrations, follow-up and closing.
• Reach decision-makers through outbound calls, email and professional networks.
• Maintain accurate CRM records, opportunity stages, next steps and forecasts.
• Coordinate handover for implementation and capture product feedback.
• Close new customers and build a repeatable prospecting routine.
