Bluelight Consulting LLC is seeking an Account Executive to win new business with US-based startups and enterprises. You'll own the full sales cycle—from outbound prospecting through proposal, negotiation and close—selling software development, AI, cloud, and nearshore engineering teams.

You will build a strong pipeline, engage senior decision-makers, tailor proposals, and collaborate with delivery and leadership to ensure successful client outcomes.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of B2B sales in a quota-carrying role.
• Experience selling professional services or SaaS.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and complex deals.
• Strong consultative selling and value-based approach.
• Comfort selling to US-based clients.

Responsabilités

• Own full sales cycle from outbound prospecting to close.
• Build and maintain a healthy pipeline through outreach and referrals.
• Conduct consultative discovery to map client needs to Bluelight services.
• Develop tailored proposals, pitch decks, and SOWs with teams.
• Engage senior decision-makers and forecast revenue against targets.
• Collaborate with SDRs, delivery, and leadership for smooth handoffs.
• Represent Bluelight at events to generate opportunities.
