Bluelight is seeking an Account Executive to win new business with US-based startups and enterprises. You’ll sell software development, AI, cloud, and nearshore engineering services to technology leaders, owning every deal from first contact to signed agreement.

You will manage full sales cycles, build a healthy pipeline, and work with delivery and leadership to ensure successful outcomes while operating remotely.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of B2B sales experience in a quota-carrying role.
• Experience selling professional services, IT services, software development or SaaS.
• Experience owning a full sales cycle and closing complex deals.

Responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle from outbound prospecting to close.
• Build and maintain a pipeline through outbound prospecting and referrals.
• Run consultative discovery conversations to understand clients' challenges.
