Zusammenfassung

Reap is seeking a LATAM-focused Technical Support Specialist to own L2/L3 support across all product lines during LATAM hours. You will triage, investigate, and resolve complex client issues end-to-end, collaborating with Engineering, Product, and CG teams.

You will build strong relationships with LATAM clients, surface product gaps, and contribute to runbooks and knowledge bases. Fluent Spanish is required; Portuguese is a plus for Brazil coverage, and AI-assisted investigation workflows are

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years in a technical role with direct client exposure (L2/L3 support, solutions engineering, or related).
• Fluent in Spanish; Portuguese is a plus for Brazil coverage.
• Comfortable reading and debugging REST APIs; able to reproduce issues with Postman or curl.

Aufgaben

• Own L2/L3 technical support across all product lines during LATAM shift, triaging and resolving complex client issues end-to-end.
• Lead technical investigations across multiple systems (Snowflake/Metabase, New Relic, Reap admin) to diagnose root causes.
• Provide proactive client-focused technical partnerships and write/maintain runbooks and knowledge base articles.
