Responsibilities include advising customers on implementation and translating requirements into actionable outcomes. The ideal candidate should have over 3 years of experience in a SaaS environment, strong developer skills in APIs and frontend technologies, and be fluent in both Spanish and English. This fully remote position allows for flexible working hours.

Formación

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in a similar role at a SaaS company.
• Experience with APIs, JavaScript, and React.
• Strong solution architecture and engineering expertise.

Responsabilidades

• Advise customers on implementation strategies and product selection.
• Translate customer requests into actionable outcomes.
• Drive continuous service improvements and quality delivery.

Conocimientos

3+ years of experience in similar SaaS role

Developer skills including APIs and front-end technologies

Fluent written and spoken Spanish and English
