Job summary

RapidCanvas is seeking an experienced AI Engineer to design, build, and deploy production-grade AI solutions for enterprise clients across Latin America. You will interact directly with customers, understand their business needs, and translate them into scalable AI applications on the RapidCanvas platform.

You will lead the ownership of multi-step agent systems, integrating LangChain, LangGraph, and other tools while collaborating with Engineering and Product teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience in AI/ML engineering or backend systems.
• Recent exposure to LLMs or intelligent agents is a must.
• Proficiency in Python and building scalable backend services or APIs.
• Hands-on experience with vector databases and modern AI tooling.
• Experience partnering with enterprise stakeholders and delivering customer-facing AI solutions.

Responsibilities

• Interact directly with customers to gather business requirements.
• Translate requirements into robust, production-grade AI solutions.
• Manage AI projects with the customer’s vision in mind and build long-term relationships.
• Architect, build, and integrate intelligent agent systems into the RapidCanvas platform.
• Support deployment, monitoring, and optimization across client environments.
