Lean Tech is seeking a Senior AI Engineer / Forward-Deployed Engineer to lead AI deployments for high-impact clients. You will bridge technical and business teams, architect scalable AI platforms, and mentor engineers across Latin America and the United States.

Fluency in English is essential for coordinating with international stakeholders. You will drive end-to-end solution delivery, including data pipelines, APIs, and integrations, while maintaining a strong focus on operational excellence

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a technical field plus 5+ years in software/full-stack engineering with AI deployments.

Responsabilidades

• Lead complex AI deployments and bridge technical and business teams.
• Serve as technical point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders.
• Design scalable AI-driven architectures and data pipelines.
• Mentor junior engineers and drive technical excellence across teams.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering and Leadership to align solutions with business goals.
• Provide technical documentation, training, and knowledge transfer to clients.
