Coupa is seeking a Technical Support Specialist to assist enterprise customers on our cloud-based platform. You will join a global team focused on exceeding customer expectations and driving success.

You will use your technical acumen to guide customers on best practices, with 4 hours per week of training and a clear path to a technical engineer role within 1–2 years. This hybrid role supports global well-being and career growth across regions.

Formación

• 1 to 3 years of customer service experience.
• Familiarity with CRM systems.
• Strong communication skills, both phone and written.
• Attention to detail and multitasking ability.
• Calm under pressure with good time management.
• Teamwork and organizational skills.
• Interest in pursuing a technical career; knowledge of procurement is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Handle inbound calls: 60% from suppliers (basic troubleshooting and chat education), 40% from customers (technical inquiries).
• Identify and assess customer needs and manage Sourcing Event queries.
• Collaborate with the support team and assist with supplier chat queue queries.
• Take on extra projects to support team and business goals.
• Commit to 4 hours per week of technical training with progression toward a technical support engineer role within 1–2 years.
