Coupa is seeking a Technical Support Specialist to support enterprise customers using our cloud-based platform. You will provide expert guidance on best practices, handle supplier/ customer inquiries, and contribute to a global team focused on exceeding customer expectations.

Expect 4 hours per week of technical training with a clear path to a technical support engineer role within 1–2 years, while enjoying global well-being perks and a hybrid work environment.

Formación

• 1–3 years of customer service experience with strong communication skills.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and ticketing practices, detail-oriented and multitasking.
• Calm under pressure with good time management and teamwork.

Responsabilidades

• Handle inbound calls: majority from suppliers for basic troubleshooting.
• Assist customers with technical inquiries and route to engineers as needed.
• Focus on customer success, addressing Sourcing Event questions and low-severity tasks.
• Collaborate with support team to resolve supplier chat queue queries.
• Take on extra projects and dedicate 4 hours weekly to technical training; aim to become a technical support engineer within 1–2 years.
