Coupa Software Inc. is seeking a Technical Support Engineer to support enterprise customers using our cloud-based platform. You will contribute to a global team focused on customer success and satisfaction, applying strong technical and communication skills.

You will troubleshoot 1st and 2nd level issues, guide customers on best practices, and help maintain customer production environments while building helpful knowledge articles for future use.

Formación

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong technical knowledge with Linux/Unix fundamentals.
• Interest in scripting languages (Bash, Shell, Python) and web tech (XML, XSLT, DOM, HTML).
• Ability to clearly articulate solutions to complex technical problems.
• Experience supporting external enterprise customers in a software environment.

Responsabilidades

• Answer how-to and configuration questions for enterprise customers.
• Troubleshoot 1st and 2nd level technical issues.
• Collaborate with Integration, Operations, and Customer Success teams to ensure customer success.
• Be responsible for customer production environments.
• Create knowledge articles for Coupa's knowledge base.
