Coupa is seeking a Technical Support Specialist to support enterprise customers using our cloud-based platform. You will be part of a dynamic global team that aims to exceed customer expectations and drive customer success.

You will apply curiosity and technical acumen to guide customers on best practices, with a structure that favors professional development and a clear path to a technical engineer role within 1–2 years.

Formación

• 1–3 years of customer service experience with strong communication via phone and tickets.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and meticulous attention to detail.
• Interest in pursuing a technical career; knowledge of procurement is a plus.
• Calm under pressure with good time management.

Responsabilidades

• Handle inbound calls: mix of supplier and customer inquiries with escalation as needed.
• Focus on customer success: identify needs and handle related queries.
• Collaborate with the support team and assist with supplier chat queries.
• Take on extra tasks to support team and business goals.
• Dedicate 4 hours/week to technical training with goal to move to a technical role within 1–2 years.
