Iron Mountain is hiring a Competitive Intelligence Senior Analyst to lead our competitive battlecard program and surface actionable market insights. The role emphasizes collaboration with Sales and Product enablement to translate data into clear narratives that drive GTM success.
The position requires 5+ years in CI/MI within a B2B tech or SaaS context, strong AI tool knowledge, and solid project management skills.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in competitive intelligence, market intelligence, or platform management within a B2B enterprise (B2B Technology or SaaS experience is a plus).
- Strong knowledge of AI tools, specifically using iterative prompting to extract and summarize intelligence at the right level of detail.
- Proven business acumen with a talent for identifying key signals from noise and crafting compelling, actionable narratives.
- A service-oriented mindset with strong project management skills and experience using standard go-to-market toolkits.
- BA/BS degree in Business, Information Systems, Marketing, or a related analytical field is a nice to have.
Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end management of our competitive battlecard program, focusing initially on tactical enablement and launching foundational insights.
- Utilize generative AI tools and workflows to efficiently gather, synthesize, and surface key market intelligence for stakeholders.
- Partner with Sales and Product enablement to translate data into clear narratives, delivering training that makes complex information user-friendly.
- Collaborate with IT to optimize integrations with standard commercial systems like Salesforce, Seismic, and Gong.
- Track platform engagement and success metrics to continuously improve resources and demonstrate the program's value.
