Job summary

Iron Mountain is seeking a Competitive Intelligence Senior Analyst to join our CI team, driving end-to-end battlecard programs and leveraging AI to surface critical market insights for stakeholders.

You will partner with Sales and Product enablement, collaborate with IT on integrations, and track metrics to demonstrate program value. This is a fully remote role with opportunities in Colombia or Mexico.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in competitive intelligence or market intelligence in a B2B enterprise context.
• Strong knowledge of AI tools and iterative prompting for intelligence gathering.
• Proven ability to identify signals from noise and craft actionable narratives.
• Service-oriented mindset with strong project management skills and GTM toolkit experience.
• BA/BS degree in Business, Information Systems, Marketing or related field is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end management of the competitive battlecard program, starting with tactical enablement.
• Use generative AI tools to gather, synthesize, and surface key market intelligence for stakeholders.
• Translate data into clear narratives and deliver training to make complex information user-friendly.
• Collaborate with IT to optimize integrations with Salesforce, Seismic, and Gong.
• Track platform engagement and success metrics to show program value.
