Iron Mountain is seeking a strategic Competitive Intelligence Senior Analyst to join our team. This remote LATAM role (Colombia or Mexico) shapes go-to-market strategies by turning market signals into actionable narratives for sales and product enablement.

You’ll lead an AI-enabled battlecard program, collaborating with Sales and IT to ensure seamless integrations and data-driven training across regions. Strong storytelling and business acumen are essential for success.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in competitive intelligence, market intelligence, or platform management within a B2B enterprise.
• Strong knowledge of AI tools, using iterative prompting to extract and summarize intelligence.
• Proven business acumen with the ability to identify signals from noise and craft narratives.
• Service-oriented mindset with project management skills and go-to-market toolkit experience.
• BA/BS degree in Business, Information Systems, Marketing, or related field is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end management of our competitive battlecard program, starting with tactical enablement and foundational insights.
• Use generative AI tools to gather, synthesize, and surface key market intelligence for stakeholders.
• Translate data into clear narratives and deliver training that makes complex information user-friendly.
• Collaborate with IT to optimize integrations with Salesforce, Seismic, Gong.
• Track engagement and success metrics to improve resources and demonstrate value.
