Job summary

Iron Mountain is seeking a seasoned Competitive Intelligence Senior Analyst to join our CI team. In a remote role spanning Mexico or Colombia, you will shape go-to-market strategies by turning market signals into clear narratives for sales.

You’ll lead our AI-enabled battlecard program, providing essential insights to empower our commercial teams. A strong business sense and storytelling ability will drive data-driven competitive advantage.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in competitive or market intelligence within a B2B enterprise.
• Strong knowledge of AI tools and iterative prompting to extract intel.
• Proven business acumen and ability to craft actionable narratives from data.
• Service-oriented mindset with strong project management experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Marketing, or related field is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end management of the competitive battlecard program, starting with tactical enablement.
• Use generative AI tools to gather, synthesize, and surface key market intelligence for stakeholders.
• Partner with Sales and Product Enablement to translate data into clear narratives and training.
• Collaborate with IT to optimize integrations with Salesforce, Seismic, Gong.
• Track engagement and metrics to prove program value and continuously improve resources.
