Job summary

Iron Mountain Incorporated is seeking a Competitive Intelligence Senior Analyst to lead end-to-end management of our competitive battlecard program, leveraging AI and market insights to empower Sales and Product teams.

This remote role, eligible in Colombia or Mexico, offers exposure to Salesforce, Seismic and Gong integrations, and opportunities to turn data into clear, actionable narratives for stakeholders across the business.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in competitive or market intelligence in a B2B enterprise.
• Strong knowledge of AI tools and iterative prompting.
• Ability to translate data into actionable narratives for stakeholders.
• Experience with GTM toolkits and project management.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end management of the competitive battlecard program.
• Use generative AI tools to gather and surface market intelligence.
• Partner with Sales and Product enablement to translate data into training for stakeholders.
• Collaborate with IT to optimize integrations with Salesforce, Seismic, and Gong.
• Track platform engagement and measure program value.

Competitive Intelligence Senior Analyst

What You’ll Do (Responsibilities)

• Lead the end-to-e n d management of our competitive battlecard program, focusing initially on tactical enablement and launching foundational insights.
• Utilize generative AI tools and workflows to efficiently gather, synthesize, and surface key market intelligence for stakeholders.
• Partner with Sales and Product enablement to translate data into clear narratives, delivering training that makes complex information user-friendly.
• Collaborate with IT to optimize integrations with standard commercial systems like Salesforce, Seismic, and Gong.
• Track platform engagement and success metrics to continuously improve resources and demonstrate the program's value.

What You’ll Bring (Skills & Qualifications)

• 5+ years of experience in competitive intelligence, market intelligence, or platform management within a B2B enterprise (B2B Technology or SaaS experience is a plus).
• Strong knowledge of AI tools, specifically using iterative prompting to extract and summarize intelligence at the right level of detail.
• Proven business acumen with a talent for identifying key signals from noise and crafting compelling, actionable narratives.
• A service-oriented mindset with strong project management skills and experience using standard go-to-market toolkits.
• BA/BS degree in Business, Information Systems, Marketing, or a related analytical field is a nice to have.
