Iron Mountain is seeking a Competitive Intelligence Senior Analyst to join our CI team. This work-from-home role in Mexico or Colombia enables you to shape go-to-market strategies by turning market signals into actionable narratives for our sales teams.

You will lead our AI-enabled battlecard program, translate data into training, and collaborate with Sales, Product Enablement and IT to integrate with Salesforce, Seismic, and Gong while tracking engagement and impact.

Formación

• 5+ years in CI, market intelligence, or platform management.
• Experience with AI tools and iterative prompting.
• Strong business acumen and storytelling ability.
• Service mindset with project management and GTM toolkit experience.
• BA/BS in Business, IS, Marketing or related field preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end management of the competitive battlecard program.
• Use generative AI tools to gather, synthesize, and surface key market intelligence.
• Translate data into clear narratives and training for sales and enablement teams.
• Collaborate with IT to integrate with Salesforce, Seismic, and Gong.
• Track platform engagement and measure program value.
