Coupa is seeking a Technical Support Engineer to assist enterprise customers using our cloud-based platform. You will provide expert guidance, troubleshoot issues, and contribute to customer success as part of a global, hybrid team.

You will build knowledge articles, work with the Integration and Operations teams, and communicate complex technical details clearly to non-technical stakeholders, helping customers optimize their Coupa usage.

Formación

• Proficient with Linux/Unix and comfortable with other operating systems.
• Interest in scripting languages (Bash, Shell, Python) and understanding of web tech (XML, XSLT, DOM, HTML).
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to explain complex tech simply.

Responsabilidades

• Answer how-to questions and configuration guidance to enterprise customers.
• Troubleshoot 1st and 2nd level technical issues.
• Collaborate with Integration, Operations, and Customer Success to ensure customer success.
• Own customer production environments and monitor service health.
• Create knowledge articles for Coupa’s knowledge base.
