Coupa is seeking a Technical Support Engineer to support enterprise customers using our cloud-based platform. You will help users with how-to questions, troubleshoot issues, and ensure customer success in a global team.

You will build knowledge articles and collaborate with the Integration, Operations and Customer Success teams to maintain production environments. Strong communication and Linux/Unix skills, plus scripting and web tech knowledge, are essential.

Formación

• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Strong technical knowledge including Linux and Unix.
• Interest in scripting languages (Bash, Shell, Python) and web technologies (XML, XSLT, DOM, HTML).
• Able to articulate solutions to complex technical problems clearly.
• Experience with external customers in an enterprise software support environment.

Responsabilidades

• Answer technical and configuration questions for enterprise customers.
• Assist in troubleshooting 1st and 2nd level issues.
• Collaborate with Integration, Operations and Customer Success teams to ensure customer success.
• Be responsible for customer production environments.
• Create knowledge articles for Coupa’s knowledge base.
