Coupa is seeking a Technical Support Engineer to support enterprise customers on our cloud-based platform. You will provide expert guidance, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate across multiple teams to ensure customer success.

You will apply your strong Linux/Unix knowledge and growing scripting skills (Bash, Shell, Python) while explaining complex technical concepts clearly to non-technical users. Global benefits are offered.

Formación

• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Strong technical knowledge with Linux/Unix.
• Interest in scripting languages (Bash, Shell, Python) and web technologies (XML, XSLT, DOM, HTML).
• Ability to articulate solutions to complex technical problems clearly.
• Experience working with external customers in an enterprise software setting.

Responsabilidades

• Answer technical and configuration questions for enterprise customers.
• Troubleshoot 1st and 2nd level issues.
• Collaborate with Integration, Operations, and Customer Success teams to ensure customer success.
• Manage customer production environments.
• Create knowledge articles for the knowledge base.
