The role emphasizes strong English skills (B2+), quick typing, and at least 1 year in a contact center or customer support, with on-site training and a hybrid work model.

Formación

• Advanced English level (B2+ minimum).
• Strong typing and basic computer knowledge.
• Availability to handle calls and claims-related issues.
• 1 year of experience in contact center or customer support.
• Training delivered on site / Hybrid operations.

• Handle claims inquiries and provide updates on claim status.
• Direct calls to Resolution Managers and claims staff.

• Resolve customer concerns and educate customers on processes.

How You'll Make An Impact

• Demonstrate outstanding listening skills while exhibiting excellent customer service, patience, and empathy to promote the company reputation of integrity.
• Answer incoming phone inquiries from clients, claimants and medical providers about claims information.
• Forward calls as needed to Resolution Managers and claims staff.
• Prevent and defuse situations through research, customer education and exploring alternative solutions to ensure a successful resolution.

About You

• Advanced English level (Advanced B2 minimum required).
• Strong typing skills and basic computer knowledge.
• Availability to handle calls and work on claims-related issues.
• 1 year of previous experience in contact center or customer support roles.
• Training will be delivered On Site / Operations will be handled in a Hybrid model.
