Gallagher LatAm is seeking a Claims Adjuster to manage end-to-end claims with US-based teams, ensuring regulatory compliance and strong client service. You will analyze documentation, negotiate settlements, and maintain meticulous records in claims systems.

The role requires 3+ years in insurance claims, fluent English and Spanish, and solid analytical, negotiation, and communication skills. A global benefits network and LatAm teamwork are part of Gallagher's supportive culture.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Law, or related field.
• 3+ years of insurance claims experience (motor, property, casualty).
• Fluent in English and Spanish (B2 or C1+).
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Experience in the insurance or reinsurance industry.

Responsabilidades

• Handle assigned claims from FNOL to closure.
• Communicate with claimants, vendors, and internal teams via email and phone.
• Analyze documentation to determine liability and coverage.
• Negotiate settlements within delegated authority.
• Ensure compliance with US insurance standards and regulations.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in claims systems.

You’ll work closely with US-based teams and clients, ensuring compliance with US insurance regulations and delivering exceptional customer service.
