Job summary

ElevateHR Group in Medellín is seeking a highly organized, bilingual Sales & Customer Success Coordinator to support clients' sales and installation teams. You will communicate with customers, coordinate in-home consultations and appointments, and act as liaison between customers, sales reps, and installation teams.

The role is remote, requires English and Spanish fluency, and a proactive, detail-oriented mindset. You will work in a fast-paced environment supporting North American clients.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and Spanish (written and verbal).
• Minimum of 2 years in customer service, sales support, appointment setting, or administrative coordination.
• Exceptional communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams.
• Ability to work independently and effectively in a remote environment.
• Must own a reliable computer or laptop capable of supporting daily business operations.
• Must have reliable, high-speed internet access.
• Dedicated workspace suitable for professional phone and video communications.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound and inbound calls with customers in English and Spanish.
• Schedule and coordinate in-home consultations, site visits, and installation appointments.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customer communications and follow-up.
• Coordinate schedules between customers, sales representatives, and installation teams.
• Assist in creating and preparing sales materials and customer documentation.
• Track project milestones and provide timely updates to customers and internal teams.
• Coordinate shipping, delivery, and installation logistics.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve concerns professionally and promptly.
• Maintain accurate records within CRM and scheduling systems.
• Support sales and management with administrative and operational tasks.
• Ensure a positive customer experience throughout the sales and installation process.
