Qualificações

• Fluent English and Spanish communication required.
• Previous customer service, call center, appointment setting, lead generation, or sales experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Able to multitask across calls, chats, emails and internal systems.

Responsabilidades

• Handle inbound inquiries through phone, email, live chat, and SMS.
• Convert inquiries into scheduled appointments.
