Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Customer Service, Client Support, Appointment Setting, Intake Coordination, Administrative Support, Hospitality, or similar client-facing roles.
• Advanced English (C1+) and native/fluent Spanish.
• Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills.
• Experience with CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace.
• A proactive, detail-oriented, and customer-focused mindset.

Responsibilities

• Manage inbound client inquiries with professionalism and empathy.
• Conduct intake conversations to understand client needs.
• Qualify leads and coordinate consultations with the appropriate teams.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and track client interactions.
• Schedule appointments, confirmations, and follow-ups.
• Provide outstanding customer service while managing a high volume of inquiries.
