GoLean Health is seeking a highly organized, bilingual Medical Scheduling & Patient Support Specialist for a remote, part-time position at 40 hours per week. The role centers on appointment scheduling, patient communication, and multi-channel coordination in a fast-paced healthcare setting.

The candidate will handle high daily call volumes, support two Texas clinics, and assist with language interpretation when needed while maintaining accurate patient records in eCW and RingCentral.

Formación

• Experience in medical administration or virtual assistance.
• Experience with patient scheduling in a healthcare setting.
• Strong verbal and written English with a patient-friendly approach.

Responsabilidades

• Schedule, reschedule, and cancel patient appointments for two Texas clinics; manage provider schedules in eCW and RingCentral.
• Handle inbound/outbound calls (70–90 per day) related to appointments and care coordination.
• Assist with language interpretation as needed to support patient communication.
• Perform outbound reminders, follow-ups, and care coordination calls with accurate documentation.
• Send and track text message communications for appointment confirmations and reminders.
• Assist with billing reminders and provide basic information on outstanding balances.
