GoLean Health is hiring a highly organized, bilingual Medical Scheduling & Patient Support Specialist to assist its gastroenterology clinics in two Texas locations.

You will handle appointment scheduling, patient communication, fax management, and reminders, while using eClinicalWorks and RingCentral to keep records accurate and confidential.

The role involves 70–90 calls daily, text messaging, and basic billing reminders, with a focus on patient experience and smooth care coordination.

Formación

• Bilingual English/Spanish with strong communication skills.
• Experience handling a high-volume call environment (70–90 calls/day).
• Familiarity with eClinicalWorks (eCW) and RingCentral.

Responsabilidades

• Handle appointment scheduling for two Texas locations, including scheduling, rescheduling, and cancellations.
• Manage faxed documents and ensure accurate logging in the clinic systems.
• Provide occasional language interpretation support and maintain confidentiality.
• Conduct outbound calls for reminders, updates, and care coordination; document outcomes.
• Send appointment confirmations and manage patient text communications in system.
• Assist with basic billing reminders and direct patients to billing resources as needed.
