Go Lean Health is seeking a bilingual Virtual Medical Assistant / Medical Receptionist to support a US-based skin clinic. This remote role handles frontline patient communication, scheduling, insurance verification, and administrative tasks to keep the clinic moving smoothly.

Ideal candidates are fluent in Spanish and English, with at least 1 year of experience in a US healthcare setting and comfortable managing calls and scheduling in a fast-paced environment. 30 hours per week, remote setup.

Formación

• Must be fully fluent in Spanish and English.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience supporting a US-based medical clinic.
• Strong experience with medical receptionist or front desk tasks.
• Knowledge of insurance verification and prior authorization workflows.
• Able to work remotely in a dedicated clinic support role.

Responsabilidades

• Answer inbound calls promptly and professionally.
• Assist patients with questions, appointment needs, and clinic inquiries.
• Manage the clinic calendar and schedule patient appointments.
• Verify patient insurance coverage and eligibility.
• Coordinate prior authorizations and track status.
