Qualifications

• Bilingual English/Spanish required for patient communications.

Responsibilities

• Handle high-volume inbound/outbound calls with patients, pharmacies, and payer offices.
• Communicate clearly in English and Spanish on the phone.
• Provide appointment reminders, follow-ups, rescheduling support, and patient assistance.
• Answer routine patient questions and escalate concerns as needed.
• Maintain calm, patient-friendly communication, especially with elderly patients.
