Responsibilities

• Communicate clearly in English and Spanish and provide patient reminders and follow-ups.
• Manage scheduling via phone, email, and text and keep calendars accurate.
• Verify insurance eligibility, copays, deductibles, and authorization requirements.
• Process referrals and prior authorizations; track approvals and follow-up actions.
• Maintain HIPAA-compliant documentation and support daily admin workflows.
