You will lead a team supporting accounts, drive revenue growth, and ensure customer success through onboarding, adoption, and renewals. Fluency in English (minimum B2) and Spanish are required, with experience in CRM and SaaS sales valued.

The role requires managing performance targets, forecasting, and coaching the team to improve productivity and outcomes. Time type: Full time; Location: Bogotá, CO.

Responsabilités

• Lead team to achieve business targets and KPIs with high customer satisfaction
• Provide accurate sales forecasts and maintain CRM data
• Remove roadblocks and enable the team to win opportunities
• Monitor call time, productivity, and conduct weekly coaching
• Analyze data to develop strategic plays and best practices
• Stay informed on market trends and client services developments
• Be escalation point for clients and address issues promptly
• Maintain alignment with Sales Director and client relationships
• Collaborate on reporting and forecasting with client contacts
• Improve sales processes to deliver a positive customer experience
• Lead buying/renewal processes to boost client satisfaction
