Concentrix Experts Colombia S.A.S. is seeking a Specialist, Customer Acquisition to lead a multilingual sales team, drive revenue, and renew contracts in a fast-paced contact center environment.

The role requires 3+ years in sales, fluency in Portuguese and English, and a strong track record of coaching high-performing employees. Based in Bogota, the position is full-time and on-site with KPI-driven expectations and close collaboration with CRM tools.

Qualifications

• 3+ years proven sales experience.
• Fluent in Portuguese and English.
• Strong coaching history and team leadership.
• Experience maximizing revenue with best practices.

Responsabilités

• Lead the team to achieve weekly/monthly/quarterly targets and ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Provide accurate sales forecasting and keep CRM data up-to-date.
• Remove roadblocks to support sales opportunities and drive productivity.
• Conduct weekly performance reviews and coaching sessions with team members.
• Analyze data trends to develop strategic sales plays for client territories.
• Stay current on client services developments and market trends.
• Be the escalation point for client issues and maintain strategic relationships.
• Collaborate with client contacts on reporting and forecasting and align with CPTs.
• Coordinate team incentives and sales performance funds.
• Partner with all stakeholders to meet customer expectations.
