Job summary

Concentrix in Bogota, Colombia is seeking an Associate Manager for B2B Sales who will lead the sales team, drive revenue growth, and oversee onboarding, adoption, health checks and renewals. You will manage client relationships alongside the Sales Director and interact with external clients.

The role requires 1.5+ years leading B2B sales, English at least B2, and a track record in coaching, operations, and SaaS/Cloud sales.

Qualifications

1.5+ years leading a B2B sales team.
Fluent in English (min B2) is required.
Experience in operations and strategy building.
Excellent coaching history.
A track record of developing and retaining great employees.
Experience maximizing revenue through best practices.

Responsibilities

Lead the team to achieve business targets and meet performance targets weekly/monthly/quarterly.
Provide accurate ongoing sales forecasting and ensure CRM data is accurate and up-to-date.
Remove roadblocks and help the team resolve challenges to support sales opportunities.
Analyze data, performance and customer experience trends to develop strategic sales plays.
Stay current on developments in client services and market direction.
Be a point of escalation for clients and respond promptly to issues.
Coordinate team incentives and reporting with the Sales Director and client contacts.
Work with internal and external resources to develop coaching platforms.
