Concentrix Experts Colombia S.A.S. in Bogota is seeking a Specialist in Sales Development who is bilingual (English and Spanish) to engage customers, demonstrate value, and drive contract sales or renewals.

You will manage high volumes of outbound calls and emails, forecast weekly/monthly/quarterly sales, maintain CRM data, master product knowledge, handle objections, qualify leads, and work with a Sales Manager to deliver a professional customer experience. Location: Bogota, Colombia.

Qualifications

• Experience in driving sales through outbound activities.
• Ability to forecast sales on a weekly/monthly/quarterly basis.
• Strong product knowledge and ability to assess client needs.
• Proficient in handling objections to retain or win customers.
• Experience qualifying leads and renewing contracts.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Responsabilités

• Provide accurate weekly/monthly/quarterly sales forecast.
• Master product knowledge and understand services to assess client needs.
• Initiate steps to resolve customer concerns hindering satisfaction.
• Manage competitive pressures and handle objections to retain customers.
• Handle high volume of outbound calls and emails daily.
• Collaborate with team and management to ensure a professional customer experience.
• Maintain CRM to capture all relevant data.
• Lead qualification, lead conversion, health checks, or renewals as needed.
• Work with Sales Manager and report on progress.
