Concentrix in Bogotá seeks an energetic sales professional to drive outbound activity, forecast weekly and monthly results, and convert leads into contracts. You will leverage product knowledge to assess client needs and navigate competitive pressures, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

You will work with a team, maintain a robust CRM, and report to a Sales Manager. This role offers remote work options and opportunities to grow within a dynamic environment.

Formación

• 2+ years of experience in Sales, with at least 1 year in B2B
• English level B2 minimum
• Experience with Cold Calling
• Experience working with CRM systems
• Proven track record of achieving personal and team sales quotas
• Experience in high-volume calling
• Willingness to learn new technology and data
• Proficient in MS Office programs

Responsabilidades

• Provide accurate weekly/monthly/quarterly sales forecasts.
• Master product knowledge and technical understanding to assess client requirements.
• Initiate steps to resolve customer concerns or roadblocks.
• Manage external competitive pressures and objections to retain customers or win new business.
• Handle high volume customer contacts via phone and email daily.
• Maintain CRM to ensure data capture and quality.
• Lead sales motions including qualification, conversion, health checks, renewal of contracts.
• Report to Sales Manager and collaborate with the team to deliver a professional experience.
