Concentrix Bogotá seeks a motivated Associate, Sales Development - Bilingual to drive growth with ISVs on the cloud marketplace. You will onboard partners, explain marketplace value, and lead technical and GTM sessions to accelerate publish, grow, and success cycles.

You will leverage 2+ years in B2B sales, 1+ year in account management, and a solid IT background to navigate decision-makers and document outcomes in CRM tools. Proficiency in English and Spanish is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, IT, Marketing or related field.
• English proficiency at B2+ level.
• 2+ years in B2B sales and marketing.
• 1+ year of account management experience.
• 1+ year IT industry experience.

Responsabilités

• Onboard ISVs into ISV Success and explain marketplace value.
• Activate technical and Go-To-Market planning sessions.
• Manage vendor pipeline and ensure publication milestones.
• Nurture vendors via regular email outreach and meetings.
• Capture feedback and quotes to inform Microsoft.
