Bluelight Consulting LLC is seeking an Account Executive to win new business with US-based startups and enterprises. You will sell custom software development, AI, cloud, and nearshore engineering teams to technology leaders, owning every deal from first conversation to signed agreement.

You’ll build a healthy pipeline, conduct consultative discovery, present tailored proposals, and engage senior decision-makers.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of B2B sales experience in a quota-carrying role.
• Experience selling professional services, IT services, software development or SaaS.
• Experience owning a full sales cycle and closing complex deals with multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle, from outbound prospecting and discovery through proposal, negotiation and close.
• Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of new clients through outbound prospecting, networking and referrals. Keep HubSpot accurate and up to date.
• Run consultative discovery conversations to understand prospects' business challenges and show how Bluelight's software development services solve them.
• Build tailored proposals, pitch decks and statements of work with our delivery and technical teams.
• Engage and build trust with senior decision-makers, including CTOs, VPs of Engineering, founders and product leaders.
• Forecast revenue accurately and consistently meet or exceed quarterly targets.
• Work with SDRs, delivery and leadership to ensure smooth handoffs and successful client outcomes.
• Represent Bluelight at networking events, conferences and industry gatherings to generate new opportunities.
