PepsiCo Inc. is seeking a Change Management Coordinator to lead the Change Management Strategy for LATAM transformation programs. This role partners with executives and cross-functional teams to enable adoption, manage stakeholders, and drive outcomes across the organization.

You will facilitate sessions, define roles, monitor risks, and deliver dashboards, while collaborating with HR and Transformation teams to realize program benefits. Travel within Chile and to Argentina/Uruguay is required.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Business, Psychology, or related field.
• 2+ years in Transformation, Change Management, HR or Project Management.
• Conversational English proficiency.

Aufgaben

• Coordinate and develop Change Management Strategy and plans to ensure effective adoption.
• Lead change management activities with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Engage Sponsors and Leaders to support change strategy and transition scenarios.
• Map changes to monitor risks and ensure alignment with transformation life-cycle.
• Define change roles and coach leaders on their responsibilities throughout the program.
• Measure Change Management effectiveness and report monthly dashboards.
