Teva invites a Senior Manager IT Transformation & Strategy to lead IT initiatives across Chile and LATAM. You will align global strategies with local execution, driving value from technology investments and ensuring seamless integration with business teams.

Key responsibilities include roadmapping, budgeting, program management, and deploying digital tools across commercial, procurement, and finance domains. English proficiency and multi-market experience are essential.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology or related field.
• 8+ years in analysis, design & implementation of technologies for commercial, procurement, finance, big data, digital and project management.
• 5+ years in release planning or project-management roles.
• Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
• Desirable SAP experience and cloud (AWS, Azure).
• Strong English proficiency required.

Responsabilidades

• Lead IT Transformation & Strategy for Chile and LATAM markets.
• Act as key partner to Business and IT leadership.
• Develop roadmaps, budgets, and KPI framework for IT initiatives.
• Coordinate global and local IT projects, ensuring on-time delivery.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Integrate digital tools (RPA, AI, Analytics) into operations.
