PepsiCo LATAM is seeking a Change Management Leader to drive transformation programs across LATAM, aligning with SoCo strategy and transformation goals.

You will partner with sponsors, manage communications, assess impacts, and coach leaders through change while enabling digitalization and sustainable change adoption.

This role requires travel across Chile and neighboring countries, a business or psychology background, and strong stakeholder skills to deliver measurable business benefits.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Business, or Psychology.
• 2+ years of Transformation, Change Management, HR or Project Management experience.
• Conversational English proficiency.
• Willingness and availability to travel within Chile and to Argentina/Uruguay.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Power BI knowledge is a plus.
• Experience supporting employees across different organizational levels.
• Strong analytical and structured mindset.
• Strong influencing and stakeholder management skills.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate and develop Change Management Strategy and plans, to ensure effective change adoption.
• Develop change plans addressing resistance points with structured impact assessments.
• Lead change activities with cross-functional teams to ensure adoption.
• Engage Sponsors and Stakeholders across Global & LatAm levels to support strategy.
• Map changes to monitor risk and build impact assessments.
• Partner with Sponsors, Project Leader, Communications, Training, Culture and Org design.
• Define key change roles for initiatives and coach leaders on these roles.
• Measure Change Management effectiveness and share monthly dashboards.
• Collaborate with Transformation and HR to deliver transformational programs.
• Educate leaders and teams on change concepts and leadership basics.

The Opportunity

The SoCo Change Management leader is an strategic partner who leads the Change Management Strategy of the SoCoTransformational Programs and Projects, aligned with the LATAM Transformation Strategy and the SoCo Strategy; by applying effective and solid Change Management plans to achieve business goals and effective change adoption. Champions the use of Change Management tools and practices for execution. The role will have full accountability executing all the components of the methodology: change leadership, change approach & assessment, Stakeholder Management and Communications, Skills & Knowledge and Sustainability.

Responsibilities

As Change Mangement Coordinator your responsibilities would consist of

Your Impact

• Coordinate, articulates and develops Change Management Strategy and plans, to ensure effective change adoption, successful planning, delivery, required to buld next gen capabilities and Digitalization Culture
• Develops and implements change plans to address anticipated resistance points of impacted groups, using a structured approach for impact assessment and building commitment
• Lead change management activities partnering with cross functional team members and stakeholders to understand, manage and reinforce change throughout transformation life-cycle to ensure buy-in and adoption of the change
• Interact with different levels of Sponsors and Stakeholders (e.g Global & LatAm leaders, Ou’s ExComm, GM, Sr. Directors, Directors, OU Leaders) to support change strategy in order to engage the right audience to the transition/change scenario
• Map critical changes in order to avoid ruptures and risk to the Organization. Responsible to monitor the proposed action plan and build the impact assessment
• Influences and partners with the Sponsors, Project leader, Project manager, Communications, Training, Culture and Org design in the execution of the change Management plans
• Define key change roles for initiatives and coaches and assesses leaders on their change roles throughout the change
• Measures Change Management effectiveness and socializes the Change management monthly dashboard and status
• Partners and supports OU HRBPs and Finance Value Realization to build AOP budget according to design and supports day to day Change Management requirements
• Identifies issues and risks in the different change management components and communicate accordingly to sponsors and Project leader
• Ensures Change plan integration and appropriate resource staffingli>
• Provides performance visibility and elevates issues/gaps resolution
• Provides tools and practices to support business programs and projects.
• Collaborate with Transformation and HR Teams to deliver transformational program.
• Facilitate sessions with leaders and teams at various levels to educate them on the change process, change concepts, typical reactions to change and the basics of change leadership

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Business, Psychology, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in roles such as Transformation, Change Management, HR or Project Management.
• Conversational English proficiency.
• Willingness and availability to travel within Chile, as well as for business trips to Argentina and Uruguay.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Knowledge of Power BI is preferred.
• Experience supporting employees across different organizational levels, from frontline/operational teams to senior leadership.
