PepsiCo Chile is seeking a Change Management leader to drive the Change Management Strategy across SoCo Transformational Programs aligned with the LATAM Transformation Strategy. You will apply change leadership, stakeholder engagement, and sustainability to enable adoption.

The role requires travel within Chile and to Argentina/Uruguay, collaboration with cross-functional teams, and delivering tools to build Digitalization Culture and next-gen capabilities.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Business, Psychology, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in Transformation, Change Management, HR or Project Management.
• Conversational English proficiency.
• Willingness to travel within Chile and business trips to Argentina and Uruguay.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Knowledge of Power BI is preferred.
• Experience supporting employees across organizational levels, from frontline to leadership.
• Strong analytical and structured mindset.
• Strong influencing and stakeholder management skills.
• Innovation and creativity.
• Ability to challenge the status quo and drive continuous improvement.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate, articulate and develop Change Management Strategy and plans for effective adoption.
• Develop change plans to address resistance using a structured impact assessment.
• Lead change management activities with cross-functional teams to ensure buy-in.
• Engage Sponsors and Stakeholders to support transition strategies.
• Map changes to monitor risk and ensure action plan impact.
• Partner with Sponsors, Project leaders, Communications, Training, and Org design.
• Define key change roles and coach leaders on change responsibilities.
• Measure Change Management effectiveness and share monthly dashboards.
• Support HRBPs and Finance in budget planning for change initiatives.
• Identify issues/risks and communicate with sponsors and leaders.
• Ensure plan integration and adequate resources.
• Provide tools and practices to support programs and collaborate with Transformation/HR teams.
• Facilitate sessions to educate leaders on change concepts and leadership.

Responsibilities

The Opportunity

The SoCo Change Management leader is an strategic partner who leads the Change Management Strategy of the SoCoTransformational Programs and Projects, aligned with the LATAM Transformation Strategy and the SoCo Strategy; by applying effective and solid Change Management plans to achieve business goals and effective change adoption. Champions the use of Change Management tools and practices for execution. The role will have full accountability executing all the components of the methodology: change leadership, change approach & assessment, Stakeholder Management and Communications, Skills & Knowledge and Sustainability.

Your Impact

As Change Mangement Coordinator your responsibilities would consist of

• Coordinate, articulates and develops Change Management Strategy and plans, to ensure effective change adoption, successful planning, delivery, required to buld next gen capabilities and Digitalization Culture
• Develops and implements change plans to address anticipated resistance points of impacted groups, using a structured approach for impact assessment and building commitment
• Lead change management activities partnering with cross functional team members and stakeholders to understand, manage and reinforce change throughout transformation life-cycle to ensure buy-in and adoption of the change
• Interact with different levels of Sponsors and Stakeholders (e.g Global & LatAm leaders, Ou’s ExComm, GM, Sr. Directors, Directors, OU Leaders) to support change strategy in order to engage the right audience to the transition/change scenario
• Map critical changes in order to avoid ruptures and risk to the Organization. Responsible to monitor the proposed action plan and build the impact assessment
• Influences and partners with the Sponsors, Project leader, Project manager, Communications, Training, Culture and Org design in the execution of the change Management plans
• Define key change roles for initiatives and coaches and assesses leaders on their change roles throughout the change
• Measures Change Management effectiveness and socializes the Change management monthly dashboard and status
• Partners and supports OU HRBPs and Finance Value Realization to build AOP budget according to design and supports day to day Change Management requirements
• Identifies issues and risks in the different change management components and communicate accordingly to sponsors and Project leader
• Ensures Change plan integration and appropriate resource staffing
• Provides performance visibility and elevates issues/gaps resolution
• Provides tools and practices to support business programs and projects.
• Collaborate with Transformation and HR Teams to deliver transformational program.
• Facilitate sessions with leaders and teams at various levels to educate them on the change process, change concepts, typical reactions to change and the basics of change leadership

Qualifications

Who Are We Looking For?

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Business, Psychology, or a related field.

• 2+ years of experience in roles such as Transformation, Change Management, HR or Project Management.

• Conversational English proficiency.

• Willingness and availability to travel within Chile, as well as for business trips to Argentina and Uruguay.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

• Knowledge of Power BI is preferred.
