HITACHI ENERGY CHILE S.A. is seeking a Senior Sales Specialist to drive strategic sales and manage key accounts for Control, Protection, and Telecommunication systems in Chile.

You will coordinate technical proposals, assess client needs, and work with engineering experts to deliver tailored solutions. The role requires 2+ years in commercial sales, a technical degree, and strong communication skills in English and Spanish.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related technical field is required.
• 2+ years in commercial roles within the Power Sector or heavy industry is required.
• Intermediate English; native Spanish is highly preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Lead strategic sales of services and maintenance solutions for Control, Protection, and Telecommunication systems.
• Manage regional and national high-priority accounts as the primary strategic contact.
• Conduct technical assessments to recommend upgrades and solutions aligned with client grid reliability needs.
• Coordinate end-to-end preparation of complex bids and technical proposals to ensure competitiveness.
• Execute sales processes independently, resolving problems with limited supervision.
• Mentor junior professionals and ensure compliance with internal guidelines and external standards.
